⭐ SANRAL Bursary South Africa 2026
SANRAL invites students to apply for their external bursary programme for the 2026 academic year.
Full and partial bursaries are available for students pursuing critical fields for SANRAL’s operations.
📌 About the SANRAL Bursary Programme – Fields Covered
Bursaries are awarded for undergraduate studies in these fields:
- Civil Engineering (BSc/BEng)
- Computer Science or Information Systems
- Human Resources Management
- Public Procurement or Supply Chain Management
🎓 Expenses Covered & Selection
- Full bursary: registration fees, tuition fees, study material and equipment, accommodation, meals, living allowance, and wellness plan access.
- Partial bursary: registration fees, tuition fees, accommodation, and wellness plan access.
Candidates are selected based on academic performance and financial need. SANRAL may apply additional criteria as per the bursary policy. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews. If no feedback is received by 31 January 2026, consider the application unsuccessful.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
- South African citizen under 35 years old.
- Currently in Matric or completed Matric.
- Entering 1st year of undergraduate study in 2026.
- Studying or accepted to study full-time in one of the eligible fields at a recognised public tertiary institution in SA.
- Meet academic requirements for the selected qualification (Matric students: minimum 70% overall average).
- Proven financial need.
- Not currently receiving another bursary.
- Students with disabilities are welcome to apply.

- Parents/guardians proof of residence (water/electricity bill)
