Who can apply — eligibility
- ✔ South African citizen
- ✔ In Matric OR completed Matric (no post‑Matric qualifications yet)
- ✔ Studying Accounting Science (CA stream)
- ✔ Applied to a listed university
- ✔ Minimum Matric marks: 70% Maths (not Maths Lit); 60% English HL or 70% FAL; 70% other subjects
- ✔ Commitment to join OMCAT and work at Old Mutual after graduation

Selection timeline
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by 30 November 2025 for psychometric assessments. Finalists attend a selection day and interviews. Offers confirmed with final Matric results & proof of university acceptance.
