The N3 Toll Concession (pty) Ltd holds a concession contract with the South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) to manage a 415 km section of the N3 transport corridor from Cedara interchange in KwaZulu-Natal to Heidelberg South interchange in Gauteng. As one of South Africa’s most successful public-private partnerships, N3TC is responsible for designing, constructing, financing, operating, and maintaining this critical transport route until 2029. 4. Renewal: Extension possible at N3TC’s discretion based on performance
5. Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% overall average must be maintained
