  • Full tertiary academic record (if currently studying) on institution letterhead
  • Proof of tertiary registration (institution letterhead)
  • Breakdown of study fees, including book fees (institution letterhead)
  • Parents/guardians proof of income (latest payslips or affidavit if unemployed or bank statements if self-employed)
  • Proof of residence (municipal account)
