- South African citizen
- Aged 18–35 years
- Valid Matric certificate with English and Maths / Maths Literacy / Accounting
- No previous learnerships attended
- Not registered with any other academic institution or engaged in studies
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, internet) — an advantage
- Willing to work at the location you applied for (placement decided by AVBOB)
- No criminal record
