Hesto Harnesses manufactures wiring harnesses for the automotive industry from its factory in Stanger, 90km north of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Established in 1989, Hesto is a subsidiary of Metair Investments Limited, listed on the JSE. The company employs over 5000 staff and is growing rapidly.
About the Internship Programme
The Hesto Harnesses Internship Programme 2026 is designed to give newly qualified students meaningful experience in their field of study. The Graduate in Training (GiT) programme lasts 24 months, providing rotation through Commercial and relevant Programme/Project departments.
Job Description
- Perform duties in Commercial Departments
- Undergo performance assessments and reviews
- Support administrative and process improvement initiatives
- Applicants must be South African citizens, 18+ years old, fluent in English
- Must have no previous internship experience and no criminal record
- Submission of Statement of Results from institution is required
Minimum Requirements
- B.Com. Management Accounting / Financial Management (essential)
- B degree / B.Com. Economics (essential)
- Average pass mark of 60% or higher on qualification
- Completed qualification, no outstanding tuition fees
